Delete from the app
- Open Kite Messenger and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Can't open the app?
Email meradhan.ltd@gmail.com from your registered email address, with the subject "Delete my account" and your registered mobile number. We will confirm and process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, photo, username, mobile number, email) and your account login.
- Your contact-matching data and notification tokens.
- Your messages and media, within 30 days. Copies already delivered to other people stay on their devices.
What we keep
If you took part in the creator program, payout and earnings records are kept for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax law. Nothing else is kept after deletion.
