Kite MessengerTerms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Kite Messenger, operated by Viraat Engineering, Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. By using the app you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (and have a parent's or guardian's consent if under 18). Give accurate information, keep your phone and account secure, and do not use someone else's account.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use Kite Messenger to:
- send spam, scams, malware or unsolicited bulk messages;
- share illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, or content that promotes violence or terrorism;
- harass, threaten, impersonate or defraud anyone;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
- attack, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.
We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these rules, and report illegal activity to authorities.
3. Your content
You own what you send and post. You give us the permission needed to store, deliver and display it to the people you share it with. You are responsible for your content.
4. Channels, groups and creators
Owners and admins of groups and channels are responsible for moderating them. Creator earnings and payouts are governed by the creator program rules shown in the app, and may be withheld for fraud, invalid traffic or rule violations.
5. Ads
Kite Messenger is free and may show ads, including in channels and groups.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Kite Messenger running, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
